Meet Us
Paula Burgess
M.A., MRCPod, B.Ed (Hons)
I qualified in my twenties at the Chelsea School of Chiropody (now part of the University of East London) and began my career as a clinical podiatrist in the NHS. I went on to become a Chief Podiatrist, working across West and North London and West Essex, where I gained extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions.
After many rewarding years in clinical practice, I moved into education while raising my family, combining my passion for healthcare with developing and supporting others.
In 2017, I returned to podiatry in private practice as an Associate Podiatrist, where I was able to build lasting relationships with patients and continue delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
More recently, together with my colleague Pauline Robbins, I established Brockham Lane Podiatry. Our aim is to provide exceptional podiatric care in a welcoming and professional environment, adhering to the high standards of clinical practice set by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Royal College of Podiatry.
Pauline Robbins
B.Sc. (Hons), MRCPod
Following a long career in nursing I gained a B.Sc. (Hons) in Podiatric Medicine at University of East London in 2009.
I worked in the NHS for 2 years post grad and gained a wealth of experience in all areas of Podiatry. In 2011, I completed The Diabetic Foot Module at Kings College Hospital passing with distinction and worked with Professor Mike Edmond’s at the diabetic high risk foot clinic and limb salvage unit there.
I have been the owner and principal podiatrist at Tadworth Foot Clinc Ltd for 14 years. I very much enjoy private practice and the freedom and autonomy it affords. I built a busy successful business in Tadworth serving the local community and covering all aspects of footcare.
In November 2025, I relocated the clinic to Brockham where, with my colleague Paula Burgess, we strive to continue to deliver excellent client care.
As fully qualified podiatrists and members of the Health Care Professional Council (HCPC) we:

Remain updated with the latest advancements in Podiatry through continuous education and liaison with professional associations.
Meet the standards of proficiency for chiropodists/podiatrists as specified by the HCPC.
